Funnily enough we had rabbit stew l...Me too Laura!<br /><br />Funnily enough we had rabbit stew last night. Browned the Rabbit in olive oil and several cloves of garlic. Added vermouth, red wine, black olives, tomatoes, salt, crushed black pepper, 2 veg stock cubes and left to cook on stove on a very low heat whilst we went out to see Eclipse at the Cinema. When we came back it was ready and served it with some spinach pasta.
